1. Scope
These Referral Program Terms govern participation in MarryMantra referral and QR programs operated by MARRYMANTRA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. Programs are admin-configurable; amounts below are defaults seeded in the product and may change.
2. Programs (defaults)
USER_REFERRAL: triggers on ADVANCE_PAID; reward shape BOTH (wallet/voucher components as configured); default base ₹5,000 with tier % of booking budget (Bronze 2%, Silver 3%, Gold 5%); pending window 60 days.
PARTNER_QR: ADVANCE_PAID; COMMISSION_ONLY; default 10%; pending 60 days.
PARTNER_ASSISTED: ADVANCE_PAID; COMMISSION_ONLY; default 10%; pending 60 days.
PARTNER_ONBOARDING: ADVANCE_PAID (onboarding-related milestone as configured); COMMISSION_ONLY; default 10%; pending 365 days.
3. User reward tiers
Gold tier may apply if the user has any advance-paid booking or at least two successful referrals (per product logic). Otherwise Silver/Bronze rules apply. Vouchers typically expire in 90 days and are non-transferable.
4. Attribution and source lock
First-touch / source lock rules determine which referrer is credited. Self-referral is prohibited. Pending referral codes may expire if not completed within the pending window.
QR scans and invite links (/invite, /qr, /r) may record IP, device info, and location for attribution and fraud prevention (see Privacy Policy).
5. Reward trigger and progress
Typical progress: link shared → register → token paid → advance paid → reward. Rewards are not final until the trigger status is reached and anti-abuse checks pass.
6. Reversal
Rewards and commissions may be REVERSED on booking cancellation, successful dispute, fraud, or policy abuse. Already withdrawn amounts may be clawed back under Payout Terms.
7. Partner onboarding referral perks
Successful partner referrals may grant onboarding fee cuts and, where enabled, a free YEARLY year after a threshold (default five successful referrals). Cross-sale onboarder bonus (default 0.5%) may also apply per Partner Agreement.
8. Program changes
MarryMantra may modify, pause, or terminate referral programs at any time. Changes apply prospectively to new attributions; already locked rewards are honoured unless obtained by fraud.
